Photo Walk tours combine a historic stroll around a Boston neighborhood with useful suggestions on how to get interesting shots of oft-photographed neighborhoods. Note that you're not going to get much advice on exposure, shutter speed and other camera settings; this is about finding interesting subjects and compositions. Even with those limits, though, I definitely found the tour worth the time and money. It was fun! And I liked the photographic results. I hope to go for the Back Bay tour sometime soon.
Beacon Hill garden. Saba encouraged a less conventional shot, using the wrought iron fence as a frame and throwing the background out of focus. Took me a few tries, but it finally worked.
